Hunting

Been hunting yesterday with the shrimpette... hunting for shoes naturally! She found a pair she loved, she was flying above the pavement once she started wearing them!

And I ... god, I wasn't looking for anything... but I found kind of betty boop shoes (can't find any pic of them! grrmmpph), super high heels (12cm?), rocking ones.

Well I did not buy them, but added them to my mental list.

Brown boots and Betty Boops shoes will come next.

When I am rich.

I found my winter boots! super high (it does not show really on the pics!), super comfortable (of course I've tried them already)... The idea of them already takes me high. Which will actually happen! :P

I dress in black or brown, so I gotta get them both. Ouch, don't really get the money for them at all at the moment, specially for two pairs!

They're quite expensive. (sigh)

I'm gonna get them sooner or later. They're feminine but not too sophisticated, which I love. They're made for me, I just know it!

And then I've decided I'll be 1m70 for the whole winter, I'm gonna reach the clouds, it's gonna be all fun! : )

When I m not shopping for boots...

I still manage to get a gnome... in boots!
Will perfectly fit in my jungle :D

Addiction!

nope, just a necessity, I breathe, I laugh, paint, drink, make love and eat. And I wear boots. huhu

During the winter sales, I bought actually nothing, till the very last day... Spring boots! Just a 8 cm heel, supa comfortable. I just need Spring to start very quickly.

It's cold, it's gonna be a lot colder when I get to Hamburg in a few hours.
I don't have super warm clothes for winter... what's the point anyway? We're expecting global warming, and (phewwww!)  I'm ready for that! bikinis, sun lotion, summer giggles, etc.. in stock.

Of course I could surf on the Christmas wave and get into the magic of it... getting warm and comfortable! But... come on...  just see below where it could lead me!

 

Nonono, I could not paint anything if I wore a blanket with sleeves (look @the pic, they look like a sect!) or supa ugly boots! It's way too extreme! My mind would be disturbed, I'd get supa kitsch! (which wouldn't be that bad, I reckon! lol)

I've no real winter boots so far. It's ok, I can stand cold feet in pretty boots! ... with the only purpose to get a productive mind you see! :P

Oh and I've just received those lovely arm warmers (oh no way, don't tell me you find them ugly!). Ok, they get lots of holes in them... That's not the point! Everything's in the mind, if you decide it's warm enough, then it is , right?

... What can you do when when your shoes are SO wet that you're about to catch death any time you wear them?

I've got the answer! Finding new ones! Supa waterproof of course!

These boots are not in leather, cheap materials (soooo, cheap boots!), but I fell for them, had to get them! And I don't regret! They rock, I'm flying with them on! Oh and their box, the package, so perfect! :P (I'm so much a girl, can't help it - and I don't even try, really - !)

No, no obsession here. It's just winter, or so, gotta distract myself sometimes!)

Memo to self : when I win lottery and get my shoe factory, I'll create 2 types for each model, a high quality and a cheap one! (and if anyone wanna steal my super concept... well... I'll bless him / her :P)

Some already know about the tragedy ;-) ... I'm selling the wonderful brown boots I had found a few weeks ago...

I just can't walk with them. Not that they're too high but they're not made for me. I couldn't guess when I bought them, I found them so beautiful that, walking 15 seconds with them felt like flying! :P

But anyway, the perfect boots do not exist, and that's somehow a relief for the hunter that I am :)

I think I've never introduced you those. High, reaching the skies, but supa comfortable (been tested and approved!). They were (not that) cheap. But they look divine with the right clothes. A mixture between Blondie, Mary Poppins and Indiana Jones!

Perfection does not exist ?

Last week I crossed Paris from Montparnasse, to Bastille to Opera ... took me 2 days to find the new perfect beauties!

(I lie!!! perfect shoes do not exist, or they do for 2 hours only, then you realise your quest is not over, you've not reach the grail... sigh, a never ending quest!)

But these are close to perfection, 6 months I had them in mind (without knowing they existed, how's that?! hehe, yeah I know..) & I found them!

the colour is perfect (they're darker than on the pic), the shape, splendid on the leg, the folds of the leather... incredible! ... makes real happy feet!

The heel though... high! almost 10cm!

So far I haven't taken these babes out, I'm training at walking with them at home. And when the three of us are ready...

... we'll make a big tour, with a stop in some boulangerie to celebrate.

Oh by the way, I'm not obsessed with boots, I'm just hmm, ermm, I get some kind of detached interest in them
