When my babes are away, I am so grateful to get feline love and cuddles!
They're lazy, they keep acting like teenagers (making stupid things all along the day, trying, testing, breaking), but they're really part of the lil gang we're forming now : )

Surprised but supportive of course !
haha I did not expect my baby boy, (cut in the wood, strong and heavy like a mini rugbyman), to ask me to start
modern dance
at school !
Whether Loup is very creative, open, wanting to learn anything new (which is very true), or he knows he will be surrounded with pretty lil girls.
I think both :P
He already does Judo, which he LOVES, but I think that might bring him another kind of pleasure.
I'm very proud he makes his own choices already, insisting there's no reason only girls should know about dancing! : )))

Paris, Roger, Reds, Ramblings
Everything is speed just now (lol) but in a more organised way.
Multitasking had reached a ridiculous point, I couldn't properly work, I couldn't properly focus on one thing at a time in the past weeks.
Ooops !
Did I say I was more organised?
Because I've just realized that on next Sunday, I have my self-defence course in the afternoon, and ohhhh merde! ...gotta do my Parisian race in the morning! lol
6km only! phewwww... After such a day, I bet I'll sleep like a baby! Anybody will still be welcome to sing a lullaby.
Support
I need some.... Martin wants Loup to learn violin, and I don't think I can stand that at home!!! You know what it sounds, a kid learning violin for years? ... I'm a good mama yet... I know my limits!
FinallyMy devils are back to school. Loup has just started a big year, about to learn to read and count and everything that will give him more freedom! Yayyy, I'm so happy!
At the same time my babe is so small in this big school, with big boys all around! Boooo
Hard to be a relaxed mama.
But hey, he's got a great teacher, and same for my Lola. They both got the very best, I'm so relieved... and well, ermm... happy! (sorry I'm repeating myself ;-)
Familly thingie?
Tonight, they're back to ballet and Judo, while their papa will be training at krav-maga and just before I go for musculation . I guess we're into sport! lol
Is there anybody out there?
Before I forget, happy birthday Roger! ... Roger Waters, I do admire his talent so deeply... yet just like John Lennon, I've never got good vibes for the guy. I need to meet you Roger and check by myself! So.... come back to Paris with cheaper tickets next time, pleaaaase : )

Marie-Antoinette syndrome (chapter 10)
noooo I don't have much in common with the headless queenette, except my love for lil sheep! and big castle, okok. And romantic escapades. Right. And sexy gentilhommes * shrugging *

But I have a big weakness for lil sheep... We got Cesar (that you can see on the left) and Rosalie when they were babies. 4 years ago.
Now they are 12! yeah! Cesar's a big boy, full of energy! hehe
A lil treasure was born on Friday night.
She does not have a name yet. It's a girl and she's so cute! You should hear her lil calls to her mama.
She never leaves her, always stuck to her mama.
And I spent long times among them before getting back to Paris, and in the cuteness kingdom, they get the golden crown!

Such a courageaous shrimpette : ))
Lola and I finally spent our day at Necker hospital on Friday.
I expected a short appointment, but they decided to make the necessary tests in the same day to confirm what they instantly said, from the symptoms and the videos of Lola's crisis.
We came back in the afternoon so that she could get another electroencephalogram. She had to fall asleep so that it could work properly.
It was very hot in the hospital, she was comfortably installed in a room with soft music, etc. After 15 minutes she was sleeping. The lil electrical connections in the brain started to talk a language I don't know.
The professor, the head of the neurologist department, was a tall man, taller than Martin I think. About 70 years-old, with a white beard and a mixture of super clever and sweet touch in the eyes and expression.
Lola was very impressed, in a good way.
He talked to Lola all the time, told her to come and watch the videos of her own crisis (I had never shown them to her, it's way too scary, already for me)... and was truly scared of her own image... but then he told her it was normal, because she suffered from a (small) form of epilepsy, and that is exactly what happens to people suffering from it.
She has started a treatment.
She was very happy to get a treatment. To get words. To have an adult talking to her about what she had.
I was sad and happy. Exhausted from the day, the stress.
We left hospital, I took Loup from a friend and one hour later, we were on the road to Brittany, to breathe for two days.
Lola slept wonderfully on that Friday night : )

I will love you until death do us apart
The wedding of my cousin the other day was perfect. Some women were wearing funny hats, champagne had that gold colour and Heaven's taste, the bride was exquisite, children were building perfect memories, etc etc.
A wedding like in movies you know. Honestly I like it, nobody marry anymore nowadays, at least around us. We're more into the age category now where people get into divorce.
Hell, shouldn't we celebrate sometimes divorces? new life beginnings? Sometimes, I'm sure we should. Might be a good biz to build around that ;)
When I was in the church, one of the best moment to observe people, my eyes got caught by the most welcoming message you can read on the painted window (Thou shall obey me until death).
I really shivered, The warm and happy atmosphere were escaping me for a moment. I wanted to take my brush and transform that awful message into something human, plain... Thou shall fuck happily until death? Thou shall disobey when you heart tell you so? blablabla
Thank ermm God, the lovely couple shared an adorable kiss that brought back the warmth I wanted to feel. I happily left the dark church.

Punky Loup and pretty lambs
Loup has got a new hair cut. I proudly suggested the concept of the the idea of it (wait, I am super proud!).. and Martin wonderfully made it possible. It really suits Loup, who enjoys a lot being rock 'n roll !
Isn't he super cute with his Mohawk haircut? Yeah, well I know... I'm just a mom : )))
So my lil wolf arrived the other day at the dancing show in which Lola participated. he was totally into watching the girls training outside (such a hot day, they couldn't train much inside).
Before Lola's dancing show last weekend, Loup was there, little spy enjoying watching the girls training.
He was really into it, peeking to them, hiding often. That was quite cute : )
He got bored the rest of the 3 hours of the show. lol

Loup 's mojo
In case you wonder, a mojo is a magic charm or spell ....
I think Loup gets some mojo already with older girls ...

Avoiding dark waters
We came back early today from Hamburg.
It was intense. I wish we were geographically closer to my beloved father in law. I miss him already.
The devils have been very helpful, bringing their innocence, their optimism. Angels, really (no no, there's nothing contradictory in what I'm saying :)
We tried to distract them sometimes. It worked, and for us too : ))
Never under estimate the power of lil ones!
And just now, I'm sitting down and relaxing, sipping the best planteur cocktail I've ever got (.. life sometimes make lil things taste so much better than usual)
I might be talkativetoday tonight!
:P

Bons baisers de Hamburg **
** From Hamburg with Love!
In two days I'm back to Paris. We've come here for a week, to stick with the family because of hard times (i won't talk of that on here, my blog is focused on the light stuff)
Enjoying Hamburg without sharp temperatures and biting snow feels like paradise. Again, I'm under the charm of the city, its rocking places, its harbour, everything's perfect (but the temperatures on wintertime!). Give me a few millions and I buy a house there, I'll watch cargos passing everyday, that really takes me high! lol : ))
It actually reminds me of Miami ... LOL the real city, so alive, and the harbour, the wilderness so close! (Well my hearts beats for tropical Miami though! the temperatures there are simply perfect! : ))
Soon, more funny photos, more news too! :P

Faster pussycat!
if you knew how many things I gotta (want to) blog about!
My life's speed, I live with a chronometer in mind. Every minute counts. I need to walk a bit and stop running.
But anyway, I'll have a full week (next week) to blog more peacefully than usual.
In 18 minutes (lol) I gotta make a special session of body combat at my sport club, then I jump in the car for 10 hours of driving to reach Hamburg (for a week).
We'll pack the kittens too, it's gonna be fun fun fun ;-)
Really I don't know who reads my blog but be sure I have much inspiration for it, boiling mind for it. Just give me another day and I'll be back at ewws my Beaudies
(taking a minute to purr now)

Spring in Paris
... feels truly ...* sighing with pleasure *
The devils and I got lunch on a sunny terrasse then popcorn in a sunny green place. I did not work much on that day but I haven't wasted my time, I tell you.

*just* a Girl - with moustaches -
Well, trust me I can make the difference between human boys and girls!
With kittens, I need more practice it seems :P
So Satan, is not a boy, nope. Satan's a GIRL! Yayyyyy! Another girl @chez Candles!
I should have guessed though, she's so delicate, she has a tiny adorable face, she's fast, a bit shy but already a promising hunter!

and she's clever, oh yeah! She already reads subtitles, see! :P

Bits of Hamburg
We had short Christmas holidays. Like everyone travelling through Europe last week, we had some troubles. Our plane was cancelled, left two days later.
So we had almost no time to enjoy Hamburg as we use to. But it was short and intense, spent a wonderful time with the family : )
About the snow, and the sharp cold, it's pretty hard when you're not used to it, just walking outside is something! But then, when there's some sunshine and gluhwein, everything's close to perfection : )))

Challenge
ok, Loup hasn't broken his lil leg this time. Should be more kewl.
But hey, 8 weeks of holidays for kids... isn't that a kind of punishment for parents?
![]()
I will survive.
But it's LONG!
(does that make of me a bad mama???)

Wedding made in Bretonie
Friday, June 25, 2010
Wedding dress :P
Well, let me correct that: this is the dress I'll wear tomorrow for my half-sister's wedding! :D
She marries tomorrow under the sunshine (yeah yeah!) of Bretonie. Will make a quickie there.
Been 6 month I have this lil dress... and you know, on the label it's written I can't wash it, except with my own inexperienced hands.

(hey it's the 21st century, ya guys! washing with my own hands?? wtf! ;-)
So I haven't dared wearing it (& having a sudden extreme desire for
strawberry ice cream for instance).

I never wear white, might feel pure and innocent with that. And much more than I don't even know. lol. I'll tell you.

Auntie Candy: second round !
Don't ever ask kids to give names to animals (and I'm not kidding with that!)... Princess Fiona has just joined the family ! A new-born lil princess in the kingdom of Bretonie!

On this photo she's only a few hours old, already standing proud on her lil legs!
A tiny hairy miracle of life, with such a cute nose and delicate pair of ears! :)
We had no idea another baby was expected, they can hide their lil "game" better than we human can do, huh.
Junior was born 3 weeks ago, they both have different mothers (which sounds logical, lol), Cesar must be their father.

So here we have a pair of cousins already super inspired with life (hey Junior, you seem slightly more inspired than your young cousin! But pheww, soon she'll learn to run fast! :P)

That's nice that from the 2 first sheep of Ouessant we brought back 2 years ago, now there's a gang of 7 hairy ones!
Just a proof they're happy enough to ermm get intimate there! :-)
