Fast train

If I felt like a master @mutltitasking before... then I knew nothing about it.

Life has turned to be weird, crazy. What should I focus on at this very minute? My blog? another job hunt? my bed?

I feel energy back to get over the three past months. Sometimes though I crash down, pretty badly. Feeling lost, alone, wanting to protect my babes more than anything. Sometimes wanting someone to take care of me too... yeah that sucks, I don't want to *need* anyone.

Well tonight, I'll focus on my blog, some things never change and I don't want that writing habit to change. At all : )

The hobbit house is closed till next holidays and my perfect tan is going to vanish soon (tragic sigh)

Excited
I'm back in Paris and that rocks. So much to do, so much work to do, so much hard training and sweating sessions,... and also so many mojitos to share !
 (I'll soon stop talking about mojitos because they're said to be totally out of fashion. grmmphhh! Time to drink something else, huh! any idea?)

Shocked part 1
I thought kids started again with school next week. Wrong!!! They still get 2 weeks of holidays! OMG, in my mind I was starting a new life from next week! But Noooooo!


Shocked part 2
The other day I was on the grass in the park, when a big boy, rugbyman player type, with 2 kids came to me: "Hey B! Is that you??! You haven't changed at all!"
I had the sun in the eyes (who was that guy with easy words?)... took me long seconds to recognize... the guy who used to be my BROTHER for 10 years!
LOL
Ok, I explain. My mom and his dad were married for years. We used to live together, spend all our holidays, sailed together! Then life... hard separation on our parents' side so... contacts were kinda broken... That's sad.

Anyway, We talked and talked, admired each other kids! that was SO nice. He has a flat at 100m from mine! haha
Life and its surprises : )))

Curious
I have no idea what the coming year will bring me. I'm totally excited to start it (yeah, I stick to the kids schedule. A year to me starts in September and ends in June. July and August are a kind of happy purgatory between Heaven and Hell :P)

This blog is alive 'n kicking. Just writing down all these words, sharing them with you... is very helpful. Why? I have no idea. : ))

Bretonie (part 1)

A week I've been here now... And I'm not suffering from lack of civilization yet! Yeah!
Gotta say the lil house is getting so cosy and comfortable, the hard works for years are paying for sure! :)

So far (yes, yes, enfer et damnation, I am talking of the weather) we've got one beautiful day only. Sunshine, lazy mood and rosé wine (I like rosé, shame on me!;-)

3 hours of sun and rosé wine versus 6 days of rain and delicious planteur cocktails. Life isn't bad in Bretonie!

I welcome the rain, I could work without frustration on the orders I brought with me.
Better, I've started working for myself. Looking through the looking-glass you know. Loving it.

I want to update my blog regularly and I will, I'm just sorry for the bad quality of the photos... my screen is so bad that I can hardly see what I am posting (sigh).

Martin, the devils and demons are like in paradise. It is good to see them enjoying the time without the Parisian stress (that I love : )

Facebook feature

Like what you get on Facebook, I really wanted a simple button "I like" for the posts here.
A button that might avoid comments.

I fnd that super practical... so many times you feel like agreeing or not, enjoying or not, but without giving details.

Ha well, there you go, just click whenever you like it :P

Shiba pow blop wizz... Arggh!!!

Last time I shouted "Arggggh!" was when I realized I had uploaded 80 photos on Facebook, instead of one.
And god, there were really photos that should not have been exposed! lol

Yes that was my last panicking Arggh.
Of course, everybody had time to watch them all. Fuck!


I don't often talk of other bloggies, just that I don't have the time to discover any new ones.
Already hard to update my own one...

Anyway, I've known the man behind before I got to know the blog. Which is a first time, usually it's always the contrary.
Fascinating blog. Make what you want of it, really... you just ("just" hides all the research work behind!) get topics, artists, concepts, anything really presented in the most honest way, not polluted by comments or views.

Such a blog had to get such a weird name: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh !

Often it's shocking (which is not the main purpose, and which I find very good anyway, I love to be shaken, my narrow mind to be opened to other worlds), it's so neutral in appearance, so alive by the choice of the topics. Pretty unique ... And always amazingly interesting, free and without any limits that I know of.

Just have a look sometimes if you're curious about this lil addiction of mines ;-)

I don't mean specifically about your personal life, but about yourself... who you are, really?

My blog is mostly dedicated to light stuff, so I share more or less 60% of who I am. Not bad!
On Facebook, I reach 80%
With Twitter, no I'm not a twitteuse, it does not count really...0,01%
lol

Now I gotta calculate!

Faster pussycat!

if you knew how many things I gotta (want to) blog about!
My life's speed, I live with a chronometer in mind. Every minute counts. I need to walk a bit and stop running.

But anyway, I'll have a full week (next week) to blog more peacefully than usual.
In 18 minutes (lol) I gotta make a special session of body combat at my sport club, then I jump in the car for 10 hours of driving to reach Hamburg (for a week).
We'll pack the kittens too, it's gonna be fun fun fun ;-)

Really I don't know who reads my blog but be sure I have much inspiration for it, boiling mind for it. Just give me another day and I'll be back at ewws my Beaudies

It's been weeks it's already a very active blog but I had taken the time I wanted to talk of it! pffff!

Peter, first a friend, but also a most talented photographer, a man who looks at life from a very unique perspective, shares here with us his works, his passion, his thoughts, his vibes.

A blog I wanted to see alive and kicking since years! Yeah yeah, I made prayers every night to see the birth of this blog! See, it worked,  now we get it!!! Hope you'll enjoy it the way I do!

Talking of rugger... a miracle happened. A friend (she and I used to share passion for rugby and a hundred other things), a very good close friend, a sista really, that I thought lost ad vitam eternam reappeared in my life.
That makes me so deeply happy!

Another friend of mine (that some of you know) a Canadian pirate, a sista too has gone through very tough times. Still in the middle of it, but recovering. That broke my heart. Why life can be such a bitch with angels?!!!

Martin has created a blog for the kittens :P When they were born, there were 4 kittens. The plan is to make a blog with the whole gang, our 2 demons and their 2 other brothers who live in different families :)

I almost never talk of negative or tough stuff in here. It does not help me to share, usually. Strange huh? But I'm most concerned with Lola at the moment. She's having crisis close to epilepsy, always during the night, an hour before waking up. It happens on some irregular basis since December. 4 times in February. Thankfully, not so often, huh. But you'd see that happening, it's scary and heart breaking. Doctors haven't found yet, we're slowly but surely making progresses to discover if she suffers from terrible nightmares or something else.

I have spent 3 days alone in Paris during the kids'holidays. That was like a dream, you know... just time without worrying, just time for myself. But got sick during the three days lol. That sucked!

I have almost made an overdose with sport last week. Just too much, my body was really begging for me to stop I think. I have stopped for 2 days, now I'm back to it. Phewwww ;-)

Voilà, these were all the news aside, the news I wasn't to talk about in here. But there you go.
Now it's time to blog, for real : )

Last week, I really had a fine time with a few ol' bloggers friends! (waving @Dr Caso, Moukmouk, Mel', and Lune)
I've met some I had never met before, but the meeting confirmed what I knew from them since years! :)

We've been to our *cantine* which was really perfect... So good! And always so friendly there :)

I usually don't answer the blog's games when you're tagged. Not that I'm not interested but usually I've answered all of them, or similar ones, years ago... and I'm a bit too lazy to start again.

But Mahie suggested an interested one! She referred to 9 specific arts and asked what you immediately think about for each of them.

I found it funny (but it took me more than 1 hour to find my vid and images! I knew there was a trick somewhere :P) hehe... kidding, Mahie, I really enjoyed doing it!

1.Architecture

Ephemeral art, architecture made of ice in the wonderful Ice hotel "where snow and ice are transformed into fabulous decors"! If it looks wonderful, it's also because we can see it through the eyes of Etolane,my talentuous monoï sista (we both love monoï oil, now you know everything ;-)
This wonderful and inviting photo besides is hers of course! :)

2.Sculpture

The Kissers by Rodin ... I'm very sensitive to the art of sculpture, I imagine the rage and enegy required to sculpt! I really like it. Here,I love the woman's obvious hunger... and the detail of the feet, her foot on his... so intimate I think.

3.Peinture

Today Bosch would still be considerate like crazy and very non-politically correct.He was from the 15th century! I do love his chaos..

4.musique

Michael Nyman is the talented composer. I wanted to focus on these composers who give to movies all their magic. I'm very sensitive to Soundtracks'jewels. And they're terribly underestimated!

5.Photo

I found this photo on Etolane's blog weeks ago. I loved the contrast, sensuous mouth + a maybe still living fish... A sexy Gollum kind of presentation..lol The colours, composition. Perfect. I love photography, specially when it leads you to unexpected lands.

6.Poetry

Poetry is a genre that I simply don't appreciate. I've tried again and again. It does not work on me. So I had to think really hard to remember all these poets I've studied at university... here's a short one by Emily Dickinson:

Does it make your day?? yeah, mine too :P I'm not even sure I do understand fully what Emily meant, but faith being a fine invention suits me! :D

7.Dance

well, I do love dancing, just not something I love watching. Action! Action! The haka suits me..

8.Cinema

I love movies that really make my mind boiling. I love it when I don't expect anything and when suddenly a movie can shake my deepest feelings.

9.Comics

A surprise with a pleasant taste of garlic

First I gotta thank Nathan for having much more open eyes than I when it comes to the internet (but politics and life in general too! I reckon! :P)... Without Nathan's message, I would have never found that Keith had written a whole post about my blog on his own blog, a Taste of Garlic

Keith has a talent to make other's blogs look fantastic. You read the way he talks of them, you instantly want to discover more about the blogs. How does he succeed in that? Because he really gets interested in what he reads, I think, that's the only way Keith can talk so well of all these blogs!

A journalist's talent me thinks.

High tech blog !

Well I gotta thank my technical staff (wavin' @Martin :P) for all the high tech modifications made on that blog... like the possibility to read the blog properly on every screen: it simply adapts itself (or at least should) to the screen.

So cool!

And Jérôme, who starts his days the best way (= reading my blog at 8.09am ! hehe) sent me a screenshot of his iPhone, it also works on it! so very cool :-))

Botox blog

I'm working on my blog, so it might look strange sometimes :)

I started it that blog 9 years ago (so long?? lol) and really wanted it to be supa personal.
Nothing 's really personal when you publish anything on the web... so I'll stop posting nude pics, I'll make it a bit different, more open, but still very personal (and I hope this sounds very subtle! lol)

Ok, the last thing I'll change, with the help of Martin (because THAT is totally beyond me) will be to adapt my blog to the different screen sizes.
